A View in Yorkshire

This was a very special commission based on a view from a lovely area in Yorkshire. The view held cherished memories for the client and therefore it was crucial to capture its essence so the client would be able to look upon it fondly and reminisce. The piece was quite complicated because I wanted to give an idea of depth and perception within the piece.
It was an absolute pleasure to work on this personalised commissioned piece & experiment with different tones and textures of trees and the countryside. In the end, I received a glowing testimonial from the client who was really happy with the finished piece!
