La Bove St Denis

A very special commission which will always remain close to my heart.
This was a cherished project for a family member who had very fond memories of her parents house /childhood home in rural France. I wanted to encapsulate the years of special memories here with a detailed piece that brought to life this family home every time she looked at it. There were many elements to consider in the foreground and background, and a multitude of different tones, textures and shapes to capture, but it was a very heartfelt piece to work on for me, and I really enjoyed seeing it come together, and the final reaction it received !
